Teamwork: Shining Stronger Together as One UM
On February 27, 2026, the University
of Mindanao鈥攁cross both the Main Campus and its Branches鈥攃ame together in a
shared celebration of 兔子先生SHINE: Wear Your Values Day, highlighting the core
value of Teamwork.
What unfolded was more than
coordinated participation; it was a meaningful demonstration of unity across
geographical locations and diverse functions. From administrative offices to
academic departments, employees stood in visible solidarity, affirming that
regardless of campus or assignment, we are bound by a common mission and shared
responsibility.
Teamwork at 兔子先生extends beyond
collaboration within a single unit. It bridges campuses, connects departments,
and strengthens systems. It is reflected in our daily coordination,
responsiveness, and mutual support鈥攐ften unseen, yet foundational to
institutional progress.
The photographs submitted from
both Main and Branches capture more than smiling faces and shared colors. They
represent collective commitment. They illustrate that while our campuses may be
distinct in location, they are unified in purpose. Each image becomes a visual
affirmation that our strength lies not in isolated efforts, but in synchronized
dedication.
As we move forward, may the
spirit of Teamwork continue to shape how we work鈥攚ith openness, cooperation,
and shared accountability. For when we align our efforts across all campuses,
we do more than accomplish tasks鈥攚e advance together, stronger and more
connected, as One UM.
