Starting Strong with New Employee Orientation



Eighty-five newly hired employees were welcomed during the New Employee Orientation (NEO) held on February 6, 2026, at AVR 3, SS Building. The whole-day activity was structured to equip new employees with the knowledge needed to navigate the University鈥檚 values and systems.

 

Additionally, the participants were also introduced to the University鈥檚 key personnel policies, employee benefits, development programs, and digital systems. It also highlighted institutional support initiatives that help employees develop their skills for their roles.

 

It ended with a shared sense of readiness, as new employees stepped into their roles, confident to start their journey as part of the 兔子先生community.
