Marking its first, the University
of Mindanao noticeably came together to express a core value: Innovation鈥攖hrough
兔子先生Shine: Wear Your Values Day. Employees across the University main and
branches wore blue as a simple reminder that innovation starts with us.
The initiative encouraged
everyone to reflect on how innovation shows up in daily work. It can come from appreciating
existing standards, and welcoming new ideas to improve our work and daily lives.
Employees across departments captured moments of creativity and adaptability, highlighting
both small and meaningful contributions across UM.
More than an activity, this
begins a values-driven journey where innovation is encouraged and lived by One
UM.
